Information you give us. When you request an estimate, contact us, or leave feedback, we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, and home details you choose to share (such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage) and any message you write.

Information collected automatically. When you use the site we automatically collect standard technical data — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and interactions (clicks, scrolls, navigation) — through cookies and similar technologies. We also use session recording, which captures how you move through and interact with the site. Recordings include text you type into forms (for example your name, email, phone and message) so we can understand and fix issues with our forms. Password fields are masked.

This site is built to run with PostHog (product analytics and session recording). Card payments are processed by Square. Card numbers are sent directly to Square by your browser and are never collected or stored on this website. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
