Lagoon- and standing-water-bred biters that can make a backyard unusable.

Slender flies, 3–6 mm, with long legs and a needle-like proboscis. Aedes (daytime biters) have white markings; Culex are brownish and bite at dusk.
Any standing water — bromeliads, gutters, bird baths, plant saucers, tarps — plus shaded resting sites in shrubs, under decks and along fence lines.
- Itchy bites at dawn and dusk
- Clouds of mosquitoes near standing water or dense shrubs
- Wrigglers in any container holding water
Mosquitoes transmit West Nile, Zika, dengue, and dog heartworm. On the lagoon and the canals they breed relentlessly and can make outdoor space unlivable.
Rhino treats the adult resting areas and hits standing-water breeding sites with larvicide, then provides monthly seasonal suppression to keep the population from rebuilding. We also knock down no-see-ums.
